Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?
Yes, maintenance is on call for emergencies after hours. Emergency maintenance includes but is not limited to: leaks, Hvac issues, floods, etc.
Is there a technology package at this property?
Yes the tech fee is included in our community fees and covers high-speed internet in your apartment.
Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site?
Yes, all apartments will include a full size stackable washer and dryer.
Is parking available and is it included?
Parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the parking lot. We also have detached garages available for rent for $175 per month.
Is the community pet friendly?
Yes, we allow up to two pets!
What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?
Our pet policy is a maximum of two pets per household, with a limited breed restrictions list. It is $400 for one pet or $600 for two, as a one time non refundable fee. Pet rent is $25 per pet.

Yes, we have garages available at $175 per month.

Our community amenities include a resort style pool, 24-hour clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, dog spa, huddle rooms, package system, and bike storage room.
